Confronting the Shadow!

Self-knowledge is a journey. However, many struggle in this process as they experience shame from encountering their other side, or what Jung called The Shadow.

In this talk, we will shine the light on our Shadow and its content (anger, cruelty, sadness, sloppiness, selfishness, etc.). In short, all the traits that we find undesirable/inferior and that we are reluctant to acknowledge, so we deny them, and by doing so, we deny a big part of who we are!.

The purpose of meeting our Shadow is to move towards a whole self and, therefore to avoid various psychological difficulties. Join us in this talk where everyone is welcome to enrich this meeting.

A non-judgmental attitude is highly appreciated to help bring our more authentic selves to the fore.
